Time for Gratitude – A very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and an amazing New Year!

How many of you are ending this year strong? And how many of you are looking forward to getting a break over the Holidays to recharge the batteries?
As most of the Western world is preparing for Christmas or Hanukkah, many of us are taking inventory of the past year and setting clear intentions and goals for 2015.

2014.15First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude. At Höferle Consulting we have had the most successful year in company history. And all our indicators point to continued growth going into the second half of the decade. We have been able to bring on new team members, new clients, and new concepts to serve our customers. Can we agree that this is something to be thankful for?

2014 has also been a year of tremendous personal growth for me. I’ve been exposing myself to a new environment of positive energy. My mentors and coaches have been keeping me accountable. And as a result, this has sent my approach to doing business to a new level. Can’t wait to continue on this path!

Make2015AmazingSince ’tis the season, would it be okay if I sent Southeast Schnitzel readers into year-end with a couple of adequate bits of information and entertainment? Did you see the WhyChristmas website? It lists Christmas traditions from around the world. Start with those of the United States and Germany, then go ahead and check out how Xmas is done in cultures you might not expect to have that tradition (such as China or Indonesia).

For the turn of the year I want to remind everyone of a NYE classic in Germany: Dinner for one – and some of the Silvester staples that go along with it. Not sure if it resonates with non-Germans. Just have fun with it.

Having fun with it may just as well become your intention for next year.
Enjoy the journey.
Lets’ all trust our process.

To our readers, our customers, our business partners and friends: Southeast Schnitzel and the team at Höferle Consulting is extending best wishes for a joyous holiday season and a successful New Year!
We are grateful for the opportunity to have shared the journey with you in 2014 and we will love to work with you in 2015!
