Map Out Cultural Conflicts on Your Team

Here is a nice example for the practical application of cultural dimensions. In this case it’s the “Culture Map” (developed by Erin Meyer of INSEAD). There are several other dimensional comparison instruments out there but Erin’s model has garnered a lot of press in recent months.
Make sure you read all the way to the end of the article where you will find a link to an interactive exercise that will allow you to compare other cultures. The tool is intuitive and really easy to manipulate.
